These terms cover work done by Next Level Trade Media LLC ("we", "us") for you ("the client"). They are short because the arrangement is simple.
We produce advertising creative — video and banner ads — for HVAC and trade contractors. What is included in any particular engagement is whatever we agreed in writing; by email is fine.
The free ad is free. There is no obligation to buy anything, no trial that converts into a charge, and no catch. It is yours to keep and run whether or not you ever become a paying client. We will tell you what format you are getting before we build it.
Our founding-client package, the HVAC Growth Starter, is five custom advertising videos for $500, delivered within 24 hours of receiving the information we need from you. Founding pricing is available to our first 50 HVAC clients; after that, standard pricing applies. You do not pay until you have seen and approved the finished work. We invoice through Stripe after delivery, and payment is due on receipt.
Prices quoted are for the work described. If you ask for something outside that, we will quote you before doing it.
Two rounds of revisions are included with every paid project, for 30 days after delivery. Corrections to anything we got wrong — a misspelled name, a wrong phone number — are not counted as revisions and are always free. Beyond two rounds we will quote you.
You do. On delivery of paid work, you own the finished ads outright, with no licence fee, no expiry, and no restriction on where you run them. You may edit them, re-cut them, and use them on any platform.
We keep a copy on file so we can resend it if you lose it. We may show finished work as an example of what we do, unless you ask us not to — just say so and we will not.
The claims in your ads are yours. If an ad says you offer same-day service, free second opinions, financing, or 24-hour availability, you need to actually offer it. We write from the information you give us and we will not knowingly advertise something you cannot deliver, but we cannot verify your operations. Please read everything before you run it.
You are also responsible for any advertising spend. If you run these ads on Facebook, Google, or anywhere else, that budget is paid by you directly to the platform. It is not part of our fee.
We use AI tools as part of our production process. Where an ad features a person, that person is a performer or a generated likeness, not a real customer of your business, unless we have told you otherwise in writing.
We do not guarantee results. Advertising performance depends on your budget, your market, your pricing, how you handle the calls that come in, and a great deal else outside our control. We will do good work and give you our honest opinion on what is likely to help.
Either of us can stop working together at any time. If you cancel a project that is already underway, you pay for what has been completed. If we cancel, you pay nothing for work not delivered.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
