Next Level Trade Media LLC ("we", "us") makes performance advertising for HVAC and trade contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through nextleveltrademedia.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
If you fill in the form on our site, we collect the information you type into it: your company name, the city or area you serve, your phone number, your email address, your website if you give us one, the services you offer, the type of work you want more of, and what you consider your biggest selling point.
We do not collect anything else. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising cookie, and no analytics script on this website.
We use it for one thing: to build the free custom ad you asked for and to send it to you. We may also use your email or phone number to follow up about that work, or about the paid advertising packages we offer.
Your submission passes through two services we use to run the business:
If you become a paying client, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
We keep client records for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can resend finished work if you lose it and so we have a record for tax purposes. If you contacted us and never became a client, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Email julian@nextleveltrademedia.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not make it difficult. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, say so and we will stop.
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
